About PCC

Leadership.

The people who lead PCC, and who you’ll work with on every project.

Built on People

PCC’s reputation lives in the people who make it. The team below sets the tone: the way we communicate, how we run a job site, and what “quality” actually means when concrete is being placed.

How We Lead

Three Principles That Shape Every Job

Integrity First

We stand behind what we place. If something isn’t right, we fix it, without making it the client’s problem.

Clear Communication

Schedules, changes, and field decisions are surfaced early. GCs and contracting officers aren’t left guessing.

Disciplined Execution

Spec-driven work, organized crews, and clean handoffs. The kind of execution military projects require, applied everywhere.
